In the factory complex of "Krum Gerov” bakery in Gotse Delchev, we are currently building a new, high-tech part, dedicated solely for the production of bread „Bonus ". The deadline for the new project is August 2011.

Breads from the brand "Bonus" are the only ones on our market, which production excludes flour of any kind. For their preparation extruded whole grains are used which are not crushed, and thus the most important metabolism components – fibers are preserved. The levels of gluten in the recipe are minimized, and in the production process we use only 1% yeast. As a result: in one slice of each bread "BONUS", calories are kept to a minimum of 58-65.
